Primary Responsibilities
- Development of traffic studies including traffic impact analyses, traffic forecasting, traffic signal timing plans, microscopic and macroscopic simulation modeling.

The Electrical Engineer-Water/Wastewater/Public Works pay range 110,000-150,000 plus sign-in and year-end bonus will work in our electrical division that serves clients in the Public Works/Infrastructure space. The electrical engineer will work with an experienced team of highly motivated engineers/designers and other interdisciplinary personnel such as process, mechanical, and civil engineers/designers who specialize in public works and private client projects for water and wastewater treatment facilities. These typically include designing for pump stations, lift stations, skid-based water treatment systems, electrical switchgear, motor control centers, standby and emergency power systems, roadway/area lighting, underground conduit systems, cable tray systems, basic associated instrumentation, and control systems.
General Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development of electrical power systems for the public works group. Perform designs and calculations that include utility services, standby power generation, motor control centers, variable frequency drives, conduit and cable schedules, electrical system design (lighting, instrumentation, control and monitoring, and communications), detailed design, and preparation of electrical specifications in low voltage to medium voltage electrical systems.
- Responsible for working across the electrical project execution lifecycle, with assistance and review from other senior electrical engineers as needed, from concept development to detailed final design and construction phase with engineering services during construction including review of and providing written responses to shop drawing submittals, requests for information (RFIs), change proposal requests, coordination with client and other internal project managers.
Required Education/Licenses:
- Bachelor of Science Degree, Electrical Engineering with a focus in power or related field of study.

Required Experience:

Additionally, the candidate will attend meetings and function as District Engineer.
