Shari Graduated from Texas A&M in 1981 with – BS in Communications and/or Minor in Public Relations

Shari is well known as one of the top executive recruiters in the Texas Region, Shari started her career in Civil Engineering in mid-1984, successfully serving Civil Engineering Clients in the Texas Region, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, and Dallas Fort Worth Texas, placing all disciplines from Transportation, Traffic Project Managers (P.E ), Project Engineers (E.I.T ) Land -development, Site Development, Wastewater, Public Works, H&H, Civil Designers, Land Surveyors, GIS Techs, Urban Planners to Land Scape Architects.

Then Shari set her sights on building a book of business in the oil and gas sector in the exploration and upstream segment of the oil industry. She has built a successful oil and gas career in the past 10 years by diligently pursuing direct executive search candidates for very growing successful oil and gas firms in Texas.

Shari is a very dedicated and a Results driven, proactive, productive individual with a team-building mentality, specializing in Petroleum Engineering Candidates for all disciplines, Operations, Production Drilling, Reservoir Engineering, as well as the Geology Sector.
